The middle of summer is never a good time for your home AC to go out 🥵, especially the day your family arrives in town. Keith is very communicative, responsive and knowledgeable. If you have a problem, you can count on Keith to show up and fix it! Not only fix it but fix it right. I also appreciate the clear communication, when he got stuck on a different job, he communicated clearly and rescheduled with me promptly. The services are also reasonably priced!
Very professional. Keith does exactly what he’s going to do and that’s fix it. I had another person come out. Said that my compressor was bad and said this. It would be 6 weeks before I could get it. Clearly did not want the job because it was warranty. Keith got on the ball and ordered the compressor which got here in 3 days and came out in the rain and fixed my unit. Great job.
