Keith with McClain Heating and Air is awesome . We had an emergency with the AC unit and he came to our rescue . He is very knowledgeable and reasonable with his price ! I highly recommend him and hope more people would consider supporting the small local companies !!!

Very professional. Keith does exactly what he’s going to do and that’s fix it. I had another person come out. Said that my compressor was bad and said this. It would be 6 weeks before I could get it. Clearly did not want the job because it was warranty. Keith got on the ball and ordered the compressor which got here in 3 days and came out in the rain and fixed my unit. Great job. Shout out to Rodney Thorton for giving me Keith’s info. Great friend. Thank you Rod
Even though Keith is my nephew he replaced the entire unit for his Grandmother’s house. It has been over six years now. Every year we have it inspected and the inspectors have commented on a job well done. We haven’t had any issues at all. Highly recommend

Our AC was out and we called Keith to get a second opinion. We should have called him first. While the first company left us without AC while we awaited a quote for full system replacement. Keith was able to diagnose the problem and get us back up that same day. He also gave us options for permanent repairs that were much more reasonable. Keith will now be our first choice going forward.
