Very professional. Keith does exactly what he’s going to do and that’s fix it. I had another person come out. Said that my compressor was bad and said this. It would be 6 weeks before I could get it. Clearly did not want the job because it was warranty. Keith got on the ball and ordered the compressor which got here in 3 days and came out in the rain and fixed my unit. Great job. McClain is the best AC company I’ve worked with hands down! Keith was on time and very efficient with his work. He’s respectful and truly wants the customer to be happy. We had an entire unit put in and they did a fantastic job! He also takes care of the little things like putting down runners throughout the house to keep from making a mess.
