McClain is the best AC company I’ve worked with hands down! Keith was on time and very efficient with his work. He’s respectful and truly wants the customer to be happy. We had an entire unit put in and they did a fantastic job! He also takes care of the little things like putting down runners throughout the house to keep from making a mess. Our AC was out and we called Keith to get a second opinion. We should have called him first. While the first company left us without AC while we awaited a quote for full system replacement. Keith was able to diagnose the problem and get us back up that same day. He also gave us options for permanent repairs that were much more reasonable. Keith will now be our first choice going forward.
