McClain is the best AC company I’ve worked with hands down! Keith was on time and very efficient with his work. He’s respectful and truly wants the customer to be happy. We had an entire unit put in and they did a fantastic job! He also takes care of the little things like putting down runners throughout the house to keep from making a mess. Very professional. Keith does exactly what he’s going to do and that’s fix it. I had another person come out. Said that my compressor was bad and said this. It would be 6 weeks before I could get it. Clearly did not want the job because it was warranty. Keith got on the ball and ordered the compressor which got here in 3 days and came out in the rain and fixed my unit. Great job. We called the day before the big freeze last year and Keith came out very fast after an already long day to ensure we had heat. His prices are very competitive and service is good. We’ll definitely use him again
Live in this new build for 2 years and never notice how dirty the unit condenser fin was until Kieth did a deep cleaning service. Make sure my two unit was up to standard.

Our AC was out and we called Keith to get a second opinion. We should have called him first. While the first company left us without AC while we awaited a quote for full system replacement. Keith was able to diagnose the problem and get us back up that same day. He also gave us options for permanent repairs that were much more reasonable. Keith will now be our first choice going forward.
