Very professional. Keith does exactly what he’s going to do and that’s fix it. I had another person come out. Said that my compressor was bad and said this. It would be 6 weeks before I could get it. Clearly did not want the job because it was warranty. Keith got on the ball and ordered the compressor which got here in 3 days and came out in the rain and fixed my unit. Great job. Keith came and cleaned our wall unit that desperately needed it. It came with the space we rented and I can not believe how much better it runs and how much better it looks. We will forever use McClain Heating and Air! We are so happy with our service!!

Even though Keith is my nephew he replaced the entire unit for his Grandmother’s house. It has been over six years now. Every year we have it inspected and the inspectors have commented on a job well done. We haven’t had any issues at all. Highly recommend
