I would recommend McClain Heating and Air to anyone. Keith is great! He is very knowledgeable, he absolutely knows what he is doing. We called for an a/c evaluation because we had a new unit put in 3 years ago by another company and we have had nothing but problems and expenses. Keith helped identify the problem as our AC system was too big for our house after we spray foamed our attic. He is dependable and honest. You can trust Keith with all your heating and A/C needs.

McClain is the best AC company I’ve worked with hands down! Keith was on time and very efficient with his work. He’s respectful and truly wants the customer to be happy. We had an entire unit put in and they did a fantastic job! He also takes care of the little things like putting down runners throughout the house to keep from making a mess. Very professional. Keith does exactly what he’s going to do and that’s fix it. I had another person come out. Said that my compressor was bad and said this. It would be 6 weeks before I could get it. Clearly did not want the job because it was warranty. Keith got on the ball and ordered the compressor which got here in 3 days and came out in the rain and fixed my unit. Great job. Even though Keith is my nephew he replaced the entire unit for his Grandmother’s house. It has been over six years now. Every year we have it inspected and the inspectors have commented on a job well done. We haven’t had any issues at all. Highly recommend
