McClain is the best AC company I’ve worked with hands down! Keith was on time and very efficient with his work. He’s respectful and truly wants the customer to be happy. Very professional. Keith does exactly what he’s going to do and that’s fix it. I had another person come out. Said that my compressor was bad and said this. It would be 6 weeks before I could get it. Clearly did not want the job because it was warranty. Keith got on the ball and ordered the compressor which got here in 3 days and came out in the rain and fixed my unit. Great job. Keith is very communicative, responsive and knowledgeable. If you have a problem, you can count on Keith to show up and fix it! Not only fix it but fix it right. I also appreciate the clear communication, when he got stuck on a different job, he communicated clearly and rescheduled with me promptly. The services are also reasonably priced!
