Even though Keith is my nephew he replaced the entire unit for his Grandmother’s house. It has been over six years now. Every year we have it inspected and the inspectors have commented on a job well done. We haven’t had any issues at all. Highly recommend

McClain Heating & Air LLC should be your first call for all your HVAC system needs. From first contact through follow up after completion of the project, everyone with the company was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly nice. After 17 months and 3 different HVAC companies telling me there was an irrepairable slow leak in the evaporator coil of my 7 year old unit that was “out of warranty”, and insistently scheduled high pressure sales reps to convince me I needed to spend thousands of dollars to replace it, Keith and his amazing team came to my rescue. The same day I contacted them, Tara researched and advised my unit was in fact, still under warranty. Keith came out the next day, confirmed a new coil was needed and gave a quote I was very happy with. A couple of days later they returned, replaced the coil, thoroughly cleaned the whole unit and checked the entire system thoroughly. Keith McClain and company renewed my faith that there are still good, honest people running companies with integrity.
Our AC was out and we called Keith to get a second opinion. We should have called him first. While the first company left us without AC while we awaited a quote for full system replacement. Keith was able to diagnose the problem and get us back up that same day. He also gave us options for permanent repairs that were much more reasonable. Keith will now be our first choice going forward.

Kieth did a wonderful job cleaning our mini split! I can’t believe how dirty it was! It’s like a brand new unit now! I am so grateful he was able to come out so quickly and service our unit! We will forever use McClain heating and air!!!
Live in this new build for 2 years and never notice how dirty the unit condenser fin was until Kieth did a deep cleaning service. Make sure my two unit was up to standard.
