Keith and his team do an amazing job. They’re very professional, prompt, and clean. Our AC was out and we called Keith to get a second opinion. We should have called him first. While the first company left us without AC while we awaited a quote for full system replacement. Keith was able to diagnose the problem and get us back up that same day. He also gave us options for permanent repairs that were much more reasonable. Keith will now be our first choice going forward.
Very professional. Keith does exactly what he’s going to do and that’s fix it. I had another person come out. Said that my compressor was bad and said this. It would be 6 weeks before I could get it. Clearly did not want the job because it was warranty. Keith got on the ball and ordered the compressor which got here in 3 days and came out in the rain and fixed my unit. Great job. McClain is the best AC company I’ve worked with hands down! Keith was on time and very efficient with his work. He’s respectful and truly wants the customer to be happy. We had an entire unit put in and they did a fantastic job! He also takes care of the little things like putting down runners throughout the house to keep from making a mess.
